[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]In the winter time, most of us know it can be hard for people with psoriasis. That chronic itchiness and dryness consumes us. I have had psoriasis for eight years now, I can’t say I’ve tried everything, because that’s impossible. But what I can say is, I’ve tried a lot of different things. In this article, I will list and explain the things that have worked for me! [/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=”Life Got Better With Probiotics”][vc_column_text]I honestly had never heard of probiotics before ozona organics, so needless to say I was skeptical. But, once I tried their formula, my life just got better and I was shocked! Within a week, I was seeing improvement, my skin began to be clearer and less red. Within about a month and a half I was feeling on top of the world. Most of my spots had faded away and I wasn’t constantly itching all the time. I recommend their probiotics to anyone suffering with psoriasis, its all natural and when you take it, it just tastes like water! [/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=”Coconut Oil Makes a big difference when Itching is Unbearable”][vc_column_text]Another thing that I live by when I have that chronic itch is coconut oil. Yes, I know it’s very sticky and hard to wash off, but trust me on this. I put it in my scalp when it is unbearable. Typically, leaving it in overnight or even an hour makes a big difference. After the first round you comb out flakes as needed and wash your hair/skin. You will feel a huge difference. My scalp was inches thick before i started this and after i did three days worth, it was completely gone.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=”Go Natural for All Products”][vc_column_text]Also, using natural soaps and shampoos in the shower! I usually try to find bar soaps with the least ingredients or ones that are homemade. Once I cut out soaps that had a lot of unknown chemicals and alcohol, I noticed that my skin was improving little by little everyday.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The key thing I have found to heal the itch is getting everything ‘natural’. Like probiotics, soaps and oils. If you do this, you can make a stride in YOUR very own healing process. I hope you found this helpful, thanks for reading![/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”4208″ img_size=”medium”][vc_column_text]
